30-Day Return Policy

We accept return requests made within 30 days of delivery.

Before You Return an Item

Contact ZEEVIUMFT before sending any freight item back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the request and provide return authorization and the correct Georgia warehouse return instructions.

Do not ship an oversized item back without authorization. Unauthorized or collect-on-delivery freight may be refused.

Return Condition

Returned products must include all components and accessories. Items will be inspected after arrival at our Georgia return warehouse. Refund eligibility and any freight-related deductions will be confirmed with you during the return authorization process based on the reason for return and the condition of the product.

Freight Damage

Inspect the shipment before signing the carrier's delivery receipt. Record any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos before the driver leaves. Contact us promptly with the photos, order number and delivery receipt so we can assist with the freight claim.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If the freight carrier has already collected the shipment, freight and return procedures may apply.
