Oversized Freight Shipping Policy

ZEEVIUMFT lift tables are oversized products shipped by LTL freight from our Georgia warehouse.

Delivery Area

Delivery is available to eligible addresses in the contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, remote areas and limited-access locations are excluded unless ZEEVIUMFT confirms service in writing before the order is placed.

Freight Charges

• Standard freight delivery: $300
• Residential delivery: +$25
• Liftgate service: +$25
• Delivery appointment: +$25
• Redelivery caused by an unavailable recipient: +$100

Additional services must be selected or confirmed before dispatch. A commercial address with a loading dock or forklift is recommended. Residential customers should request liftgate service unless suitable unloading equipment is available.

Appointment and Contact Requirements

A valid delivery address and reachable phone number are required for every freight order. The carrier will contact the recipient to arrange delivery. Please answer the carrier promptly and make sure an adult is available during the confirmed delivery window. Missed appointments may result in storage or redelivery charges.

Warehouse Pickup

Pickup from our Georgia warehouse may be arranged in advance. Do not travel to the warehouse until ZEEVIUMFT confirms the pickup appointment and release details.

Receiving Your Shipment

Inspect the pallet, packaging and product before signing the delivery receipt. Record all visible damage or missing pieces on the carrier's delivery receipt and take clear photos before the driver leaves. Contact ZEEVIUMFT promptly with your order number, photos and a copy of the delivery receipt.
